PRODUCTION

Each spare tire cover is made to order. After payment and confirmation of all size and design details, production usually takes 2–3 business days.

TRANSIT AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
After dispatch, standard transit to U.S. addresses usually takes 7–10 business days. Most U.S. orders therefore arrive in approximately 9–13 business days from order confirmation.（These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weekends, holidays, peak order volume, weather, carrier delays, or a request to confirm size or design may extend the timeline.）

SHIPPING RATES

U.S. standard shipping is $6.99. Orders of $69.99 or more qualify for free U.S. shipping. Shipping rates and available destinations are shown at checkout. Delivery times outside the U.S. may vary by destination.

TRACKING AND ADDRESS CHANGES

We email tracking information when your order ships. Tracking may take time to update after the shipping label is created.

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be changed. After dispatch, rerouting or correction charges may apply.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Please inspect the package and cover when it arrives. For visible shipping damage, contact service@tirecovershop.com within 48 hours. Include your order number and clear photos of the cover, outer packaging, shipping label, and damage.

Please keep the product and packaging until we provide further instructions.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & MADE-TO-ORDER COVERS

Personalized and made-to-order spare tire covers are produced specifically for your order. They are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, an incorrectly selected tire size or camera-hole option, incorrect vehicle information supplied by the customer, or a requested design preference.

Please verify your tire diameter and options before ordering. Contact us if you need help selecting the correct size.

You may request a cancellation or correction before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation is not available except where required by applicable law.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing an item, contact service@tirecovershop.com within 48 hours for visible shipping damage and within 30 days for a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the cover, packaging, shipping label, and issue. Keep the product and packaging, and do not send anything back without our written authorization.

After review, we may repair, replace, or refund the affected item. For verified manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or our fulfillment errors, we will cover reasonable authorized return or replacement shipping.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after review. Payment-provider processing times may vary. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
