Find the Right Fit Choose your cover by the full outside diameter of your spare tire , not the wheel size. Measure the actual spare tire you plan to cover. 1. Measure Your Spare Tire With the tire properly inflated, measure straight across the center from one outside tread edge to the opposite outside tread edge. Record the diameter in inches. Measure the full tire, not just the metal wheel. 2. Check the Size Chart Use the chart below to find the recommended cover size for your tire. You can also find your tire size printed on the sidewall, such as P255/75R17 . Use the complete tire size when checking the chart. The “17” in this example refers to the wheel diameter, not the full tire diameter. 3. Select Your Cover Diameter Choose the matching size from the Cover Diameter menu above. If your measurement falls between sizes, or your tire size is not listed, contact us before ordering. Send us your tire diameter and the complete tire size printed on the sidewall. A clear photo of the tire markings is helpful. Have a Rear Camera? Check whether your rear camera sits in the area the cover will cover. If it does, select the camera-hole option and check the opening position before ordering. Common Sizing Questions Can I choose by vehicle model alone? Measure your actual spare tire. Tire sizes can vary by trim, and aftermarket tires may differ from the original equipment. My tire says R17. Should I choose a 17-inch cover? No. R17 refers to a 17-inch wheel. Your cover size depends on the full outside diameter of the tire. What if my tire is oversized or unusually wide? Contact us with the full tire size, measured diameter, and tire width before ordering so we can help check compatibility.
